That is too sweet! Man I need some money. It looks like a 1+ acre lot with a small track, lake access with a dock and an inground pool! Maybe I can find it in foreclosure. LOL.

Last I checked a 100 yard stretch of asphalt laid was 11,000 bucs with prep and all and that looks to be decent sized, I also don't see any tire marks in the corner's, someone built it and doesn't use it:(

Freaking dream right there though

If that were complete from the dirt on up, it would be a hell of a deal ... but still, it adds up ... e.g., to do a full quarter mile, with brake zone and lineup, say, 1000m, by 15m wide ... ouch ... not counting the return road (another - say - 4m wide and 1000m long). And in all it would add up to 100k ...
