:-eek: You said the "A" word!!! Unless you enjoy paying double for some tires, you might want to check out local tire dealers. They have some tires that are comparable in price to stateside. Example- 4 Kumho Supra... P275 ZR40/17 installed, for under 450 eur (last year
). AAFES wanted triple that amount. If you can't find something decent around home, check out http://www.tirerack.com or http://www.discounttiredirect.com I have dealt with both MANY times. Keep in mind that discount tire may seem more expensive at first, but the shipping is free. Just compare the total price between the two. I just ordered two tires from the tirerack and they were sitting in the mail room in 4 days. (I paid a little bit extra for priority mail)

Forgot that some off you might drive trucks, http://www.4wheelparts.com/ has specials on tires. I got 4 Pro-Comp AT (best tire I've owned) shipped for $460. Size is 31x10.50 15. They had a buy 3 get one free sale. The free shipping deals don't apply to us though. :(
I had a soldier get 4 Cooper crap mudders (smaller size) for over $850 at AAFES because she didn't want to wait for a couple of weeks.

They also have a contest going on right now for a lifted 2003 Chevy HD. When you register, you also get a FREE magazine subscription to their "Off Road Adventures". Just something to check out.
