Sh*t. Today I found a small screw sticking in one of my tires. Question is what can I do now? Should I replace the whole tire or is it possible to repair it? I haven't moved the screw so I don't know how deep it goes...

Ben

You will have to remove the screw. If it´s not too deep, may be, it´s ok.
But when the air is going out, you need a new tire :(

It´s possible to repair those tires but the machanics are not allowed to do it. I had it last year twice and it was an expensive enjoyment :( :(

Good luck
Martin

It's not worth repairing on a performance car, especially one that is taken to the track! Just replace the tire Ben!

If it is leaking air replace it. Yes there is a fix for it but it is temparary driving 65 MPH. Germans are not alowed to do it because of the speed limits lawyers would love that in the states.

OK, I'll buy a new tire... I never ever had a screw in my tires for 10 years and now it happens, and it doesn't happen to the cheap Renault tires of course.... argh...
