Looks like I finally found somebody that does GFK body parts ... I'm getting a complete front including the hood from him for my '79, and it should be there once I get back from leave ... I'll be able to tell you about the quality when I'm back ... anyway, if anybody needs to get rid of some weight, or want to do some custom body work, let me know ... he has an old Camaro, too, so maybe I can even get him to come to the board ...

You still haven't told me where that place is. How much are you paying for the hood?

Somewhere in the Bremen area ... he's charging me ~250€ for the hood (the rest of the kid doesn't include the hood), which might be a bit cheaper than regular (the rest of the kit isn't exactly cheap ... :()

P.S - if you want a hood, maybe we could order it soon, so that my friend can bring it down with him when he gets my parts ...

AFAIK he makes the parts himself ... here's an example of his work: http://www.bandit-online.de/main/spezial/donner/donner.htm

His address and phone# is at the end of the page, too ...
