I have the spring ratings for Eibach Pro Kits for the '98+ F-body's with the LS1 engine.

The Eibach part number is 3870.140 and the rates are:
FRONT - 70N/mm (400 lb/in) LINEAR; and
REAR - 14 - 24 N/mm (80 - 137 lb/in) PROGRESSIVE.

This information was confirmed by Eibach.

Note the spring raings are different for pre '98 cars, ie LT1 cars.
