Post subject: Me and my 88 Trans Am GTA Notchback Posted: Thu Aug 09, 2007 1:16 pm |

Hi guys,
after meeting Garry at the Rotenburg Race Days in northern Germany, I couldn't resist but register here at FBE. Seems to be a nice crowd over here
I love my 88 GTA Notchback, but after witnessing what one could to to an LS1 w/ EFIlive (Garry was tuning Jens' LS1 Formula) it may just turn the tide for me to get an LS1 an well We'll see...
Maybe some of you will recognize the GTA since I bought it in 2005 off an US-Army guy stationed here in Germany. Besides that I am registered in alot of F-Body forums. It's a very well optioned GTA including the very rare factory Notchback option AA8 (only 712 were built), leather, digital gauges, T-Tops, the UQ7 performance sound and the beloved combination of the LB9 engine hooked to the Borg-Warner WC T5. Besides a new audio system and the bird on the hood the GTA is bone stock.
Here are a couple of very recent pictures from the Rotenburg Race Days event where I met Garry:
Yay, I won the 15s class in Rotenburg
Cheers,
-Florian

Hot dang, why can I post pictures only after posting >5 postings? This is quite uncomfortable for newbies to introduce themselves with a couple of pitures

It is that way to keep spamer's from posting a bunch of crap on our forum. Nice car Not much for the notchback option but still nice. Where are the pics of the engine?
