 Post subject: New member! modded camaro Z28 from vikingland!

hi my name is ivar from iceland, nice to se the fbodys here at europe,

her eis my car,
started out as a 98 Z28, ls1/6spd, bougth ti last year, driven 30k and bone stock,

first thing i did to it was installing a ls7 clutch, ls7 flywheel, and slp 10 spoke SS rims from a 2001 camaro, and also a slp loudmouth cat back,

then the oil pump bailed on my.. so the motor went bad
so.. next thing to do was ripping it out, sell it and start bulding a new one

cylinder block--internals
new 99-04style block
stock rolling assembly
clevite performance mains barings
clevite performance rod bearings
clevite performance perfect circle piston rings
Durabond performace cam bearings
KATECH rod bolts
KATECH head studs
ported LS6 oil pump
LS2 time gear
LS2 time chain

heads/cam/valvetrain
patriot StageII ls6 heads,(cnc machined) welded chambers 59xx (11,1:1 comprs)
ferra valves (2.02/1.60)
patriot extreme lift dual springs
titanium retainers
comp cam hardened chromoly pushrods
LS7 lifters
226/226 585.585 112LSA camshaft-patriot

injection/fuel
FAST 90mm intake
NW 90mm throttle boddy
FAST fuel rails
FAST fuel line kit
SVO 36lb's injectors
FAST fuel pressure gauge

other:
knock sensor modd, (02style)
160° thermo

then i deleted the EGR valve,
rippet out the smog pump, and all emission systems, and custom made a pcv system froma 02style pcv system,

installed this SS rear spoiler

then it was finaly running..
and i orederd new wheels from thye us..
zr1/grand sport wheels, 11" in the rear, 315/35ZR17

gauges

and now its back in the garage, this time i am installing and doing

ls1speed pholised valve covers,
coil pack relocation kit
deleteing the pcv system
new steering pump
new idling pulley,

daimond Xbrace subframe conectors(chromoly)

nitrous system, 90mm plate system from nitrous outlet, 150shot, wet kit,
racetronix fuel system, woltage booster/walbro pump and more,

so maby i git the 10's next summer? :)

Very nice car & welcome to FBE! :)

On two of the pictures I noticed that other Camaro besides yours with the special taillights... I think I have so far only seen one picture of another car with these lights.

nks all,

i thougth those tailligths where the euro version?

yes the car needs a lowering, but i will build a complete suspension when i finish the nitrous install,

Yea, I don't think GM made any right-drive f-body's, I don't know if they can buy new left-drive cars.
