Brad Walker here with the 2000 Pewter Trans Am.. This is my SECOND time to Germany and hope to retire here..I have been running out at Bitburg off and on since 2003... I ran a personal best of 13.276 on my Kumho Ecsta SPT's street tires...Looking to get more info and help on tuning this thing up to where it should be in the high 12's.(wanting to buy a chip tuner soon and wondering which is the best and user friendly) Also looking for suspension help particularly info on adjustable torque arms.. I have KYB 8 way adjustable shocks and lowering/stiffer springs ready to go in the car but have had no time lately to get it done.. I am also wanting to get back to autocrossing as well.. did some back in Georgia and won several trophies in F Stock Class.. Hope to see everyone at the July event at Bitburg... Brad

Welcome back ... As for tuning, I reckon EFILive and HPTuners are the top of the line, don't look at el cheapo things if you want to do anything serious that goes beyond a couple pre-configured setups ... I shaved off .5 on my ET without doing any upgrades just by a decent VE-tune with my EFILive and a broadband O2 ... come bye the timing hanger in Bitburg, I can show you a couple things ...
Oh, and if everything goes well, I will be up in Dortmund on July 12th at the dyno, trying to get my timing dialed in ... should only be about 90 miles from where you are ...

I can second the EFI live . also a get a good WB02 that is plug in play with EFI Live like Innovate LC1 . I t will help with the tuning immensely. There is a few people on here that can help out if you have questions when tuning.
