yeah, I've heard base housing is small. I've been here for almost a year now. You should go hit up the housing office as soon as you get here and just check to see whats available off base.
All I remember him doing was changing the down pipe, pulley's etc. I know it was really quick, but I have no way of knowing his actual boost range. I know he couldn't hang with me so I didn't care...lol!
FYI, you won't be the only cobalt here on Spangdahlem, I know for a fact there is a yellow one and I think the other is black.

I'll check into the housing for sure. Thanks for all the heads up.
Nothing wrong with there being a few other cobalts on base.
