thanks for the tip man, I figured I can run damn far enough, so I just concentrated on pushups, and I did 50 a day 20 + 20 + 10,
I was struggling my ass off to do 20 before
now I counted off 30 like a breeze, this "He said POOP" works! wow!

Just make sure that you are doing them correctly and you are going all the way down. Make sure that you are keeping your body straight like a board, from your heels all the way up to your neck. Don't look down, look up. This makes it easier for you to go all the way down without "thinking" that you are at the bottom. Have someone who knows how to do a correct push-up watch you do some to ensure that you are doing them correctly. It's easier now to "correct" yourself than later when you are so used to doing them wrong. Keep up the positive attitude and I admire your drive and ambition. You should do fine at Basic.
