high beam should be right - my '79 still has it, though a lot smaller ... and parking brake is right, too ... same on the 79 ...

OMG!!!!!!!!! That's unbelievable. Why sell it when just put all the work and $$ into it? Only thing I don't care for are the wheels w/ that gay ass disc in the background. Its as if he ran outta money in the last inning.
Wonder if our cars will be worth anything 20-30yrs from now?

I think replacing the motor and tranny etc. with the non-stock parts kind of messed the long term value up a bit ... impressive work none the less ...

Thanx!!!
Beautiful car, but asking too much money. Here's why I think so, after looking at pictures of "beautiful" cars before driving 5 hours to buy it only to find out it's a p.o.s., I tend to be "critical" or just anal as some will say. What's up the brakes? How does it stop without calipers on the "rotors"? The paint on the inner door panel appears to be lighter/more orange than the rest of the car. Is that dirt or rock chips under the SS emblem? Also appears that the chrome trim below that is dented. The wiper arms look pitted as well. Don't get me wrong, it is a beautiful car and the workmanship of the interior is great. The paint appears flawless "in the pictures" and I would be proud to have a car of that caliber, it's just some of those "minor" things in the pictures that become bigger things when you're actually there looking at it.
Yes, I've been all over Germany with buddies looking for old cars and trucks and have been misled by pictures. I've got plenty of (horror) stories to tell about that.
Bottom line - love the car, but not worth as much as listed.

I would not buy that car for a dime, I don't like the face of the photographer in the mirror J/K

Yeah, thats too much for a car that doesn't say ZL1 somewhere. Or at least Yenko or COPO.
Just my $.02

I like that ad! I need to correct myself on those "rock chips" in pic 10. It appears to be a reflection of the pavement. As far as the other "items" noticed, pics 20 and 22 shows the door panels with the different shade of red; pic 31 shows the pitted wiper arms; and in the 2nd to last pic, it almost looks like the tie-rod is bent. This pic also shows the itty-bitty rotors. I think I know of which pic that Squirrel saw the photographer. Not his best feature, is it?
