I like the paint, but I like even more to drive at the speed of light (where the smallest stone smacks holes in your paint). Paint matching for a bumper repaint is difficult. so that type of paint is not for me.

Good point. Most people don't think about that sort of thing. I'm more of a solid color guy, too.

I don't think so, because I can see a few colors in the left front corner.

He's got some scratch invested in that thing that's for sure. Movit's all 4 corners we know that isn't cheap. Where did you take that pic at Jack. Obviously he's american by the plate.

I got all my top end blasts out of my system before the Silver but I know what Stef means. Stone chips are a beyotch and that's one paint job I'd hate to ruin.

That is a dupont color so you can order it premixed. Mine matched perfect after some dumba$$ from ADAC scratched my 2 week old paint.

That car belongs to a guy named Rob, a 2002 Z06 with a complete custom paint job, he must have spent about $10,000 on the paint, then put a blower on it afterwards. We went to Valkenburg Netherlands with his new paint job, I came in first and two other vettes placed 2nd and 3rd for show and shine. The paint looks odd, it has a grey/blue/charcoal tint with various metallic overtones. The paint job was pretty good iteslf, the color scheme I would have never used, the factory Gm colors are fine with me.
Nick
