My CAR!!! Hotrod and Rob spent all day yesterday taking the tranny out (twice) and putting it back in (twice, again). The original tranny is at Hotrod's shop and will eventually be put back into my car, but we had another tranny to at least get me mobile again and allow us to return our rental car. Rob drove the car home today after filling the gas tank and, thank god, washing it. I am so happy I could $hit myself! (That's a good thing) I didn't have my car very long before she broke down, so, without further ado, check her out! Here's The Tramp!

Well, it's birthday time for me too (1Aug) and pretty close to Rob's too, but I'm still not sure what we're doing for the weekend. There are still a few things we need to do to the car. I'll have to get back to you.

Paula :)

Dave with the '97 WS6 had those on his car.. I don't think they make them anymore. Maybe you can find someone selling them online..

That is where she saw them, on Dave's car, when he was at the Sembach races. I have found them on the web, only $325 a rim. And they go all the way to 18x11's. But that is about the only mod she wants to do though. So I can't complain.

She says that now, but when she has them, she'll want more. It's an ever-continuing process..

Might just buy me some ri-ims!!
Happy Birthday To Me (next week!)!

Hey Jack, do you know if Dave ever had any problems with his rims? Someone around here said those Fittipaldis turn to crap after about 6 months. That's some expensive crap!

Paula :)

I like the rims, it's the chrome thing that I am confused about. I think that boys are born liking chrome. It's shiny. I hope she don't suspect that I would get her rims for her b-day...

Hmm, how about a well cared for set of 16*8 genuine Z28 chromes ???

I´m getting 17s now, so these are for sale now.

All in mint condition, one small blotch on the left rear (material fault, no scratches!)

There are tires on em, but these are not worth mentioning.

Best offer :)

I know this the wrong topic, couldn´t resist.
