For some reason, the previous owner just had a huge slab of concrete. It's plenty big for a shop with a lift. (That's just a friend of mine with his kid)

Yeah. I got back in Feb.

I was in Germany for about an hour. And it was snowing. Damn, that was cold. I will be so jealous of you guys this summer though. Arkansas isn't nearly as beautiful as Germany

Yeah, let's wait for summer but no matter how cold this winter was, I don't want the summer to be as hot as 2003.
