As I mentioned wlsewhere, I was @ the Dr Mustang meet in Oberhausen. Mostly Mustangs (really
), but also maybe 20 F-bodies & "others". They had a nice cavalcade of about 120 cars on Sat & guess who got caught! I was in the last 5 cars & the Police said some old ladies had complained that they were being disturbed by revving engines & squealing tires. Would we do that?
Anyway, by the time we got to just before the 2d rest stop, the bullhorn said "pull over to the right".
Got off easy, though- verbal warning & had to blow in the tube.
THEN we convinced them to escort us to the rest stop!!!
