Looks like there's more space both in and in front of the house compared with the current situation.

The house is located in Mehlingen.
As for retiring , not quite ready yet. but am getting close in a few years.
And yes there is more usable space then where I am living now.

Very nice. I like the hidden accent of motorsports in the spiral staircase. The house ahs a very warm feeling but wiht the stainless steel an early morning race track feel. Good pick. I will ask you later about the price but I have an idea. I am still pondering about buying here as well.
