I'm in the process of puttin in my axle and making the necessary changes to my brake system for the rear discs. I installed the check valve in the line running to the rear discs. I also removed what i think was the factory proportioning valve. I'll be running the front discs with no restriction, and putting a wilwood proportioning valve in the line going to the rear discs. Is this the proper way to do this?? There weren't instructions for the brake side of the swap, and I don't feel like totalling my ride. Thanks y'all.

Run your adj prop valve to the passenger side firewall. TYhere is already a break in the line right there. As for the factory combination /proportion valve , get the FMS replacement for disk brakes that comes with a proportioning delete plug. You still want the combination portion just in case you have a partial brake failure.

Thanks Roy. I'm pretty sure I got it all worked out now. I just need to go down tomorrow and get some custom brake hoses built for the rear calipers. DAmn is it nice to be in the states and get ANYTHING I need.
