This is the response from LG and Wilwood. Guess I'll keep my eye on it and make sure it's not getting any worse.
It looked funny to me, and I emailed Wilwood and asked them as I have no experience with this fluid and this is what I got back from them.

I did notice the color, but wasn't sure if that was the problem. The Super Blue fluid from ATE is actually blue and has been known to stain brake components. My guess is that it's not seeping thru, it was spilled upon installation. If it's seeping thru, the whole line should be stained, and would need to be replaced for obvious reasons.
So if you are not having any issues with pedal feel or any signs of leaking then there should not be any problems with it, but yeah it looked strange to me as well.
