I previously tested with 2 Dynomax Vortex cones in the tailpipe and was able to get the Db down to 96.6. I just pulled out all of my exhaust so that I can move them to the front of the intermediate pipe. Unfortunately, I don't think it made a difference.

While I was in there I tried to fit a bullet muffler in, but it won't fit. I am about out of options. Hopefully the cones did their job. Other wise I will have to take some more drastic measures.

That sucks. Did you try steel wool with the cones?

I am not exactly sure what I will do next. I would like to come up with something semi permanent. I bought some v-band clamps so I think I will build an on-road pipe to swap in.
