Here we go. First off I have a baer setup in the front.
Problem one: With the front wheels off the ground and turned either fully left or right, its impossible to rotate the wheels by hand. Found that the lower a-arms were digging into the back of the rotors when turned fully either way. Not sure why but a tiny amount of grinding made it drivable until the real problem can be found.
Problem two: I had the wheels aligned before taking it on the autobahn for the first time. Under braking, the steering wheel shakes and the car vibrates ever so slightly. This only happens above 40 mph or so....I would have thought it to be rotors but it feels fine at lower speeds.
Any help greatly appreciated!!!

I really have no idea about the rotor to a-arm problem. I just don't see how that is possible.
The shuddering under brake pressure is more than likely going to be due to rotor warpage. It is going to be more pronounced at higher speeds. The only other possibility may be a wheel bearing. I don't think that is the case, but possible.

You may want to look closely at the A-arms possibly the upper arm or tie rods. Wish you had some photos of the bottom to view. When is the next time you are going to the hobby shop?
Def rotors too. I'm not sure Baer rotors can be turned w/ the slots and holes in them.
