I checked out the link and it opened up. I read it again, I think if your car is prior to 93 and gasoline engine, you will be allowed to do whatever it takes to pass emission, I think if that means aftermarket CARB certified high flow cats or something.

thanks. If they actually test it I should be fine, it's an LS2 with twin cats.
