I'm currently stationed at LRAFB, AR. I know Daddy pretty well as I cruise w/ him every now and then when he isn't busy. :bash:

Anyways, I got orders to Lakenheath, UK. I am going to ship my camaro w/ me along w/ my DD, G35.

I've heard many versions of what to do to convert my cars to euro specs or atleast to get it past through inspections.

Please tell me EVERYTHING I need to get my cars converted to right specs. Also, is it necessary for my camaro to have a pair side ugly signal markers? :dunno:

Welcome! When are you heading to this side of the world?

Get with 98blkbrd on here. He had to do some sort of wiring conversion for the lights.

Welcome! You really shouldn't have to do anything to your car, except maybe removing front window tint or changing your exhaust.

I think this is the most current reg:

Yeah, Jamie (98blkbrd) was telling me that he had to do something with the lights. He told me that he had them do what they had to with the wiring. Now that he is here and had to switch it back to the non-british style he regrets letting them do it.

Sounds like he has a firebird/t/a... I know the camaro is a little different on the lights vs firebirds as camaros have the amber lights already at the back.

Main concern are the side corner lights, rear "RED" fog light?, loud exhaust. I don't like drilling holes on my car's body panels just for that tiny ass light that is supposed to help for visibility? WTF is this red fog light at the rear?
