Is there anyone over here that rebuilds US make transmissions? I rebuilt one once, but it didn't turn out so good... :oops:

I have a '99 Chevy Suburban that needs the tranny rebuilt. I can do the R&R, just need the rebuild.

You could check with Dany's Garage ... only 15min from Mannheim ...

I got two quotes yesterday. Both were 1,800 euro. I'll post a "Parts for sale" add and donate whatever I don't sell...

If you get the parts yourself (rebuild kit I assume should be available), saving on taxes and shipping (assuming you are US military etc), the rebuild should be cheaper than that ...
Give Dany or Andreas a call @ 06231 2172, Andy couldn't give me a price yet, but do expect quite a bit less than 1800 ... (them two speak english too ...)
