First off, I would love to get a cutout for my car, it's the loudest sounding car I've been in and i know that it isn't that loud. It only has a blowmaster cat back. I know i cant do much with the exhaust over here and I've searched and seen that they can fail you for a cutout, being an exhaust leak, although no one has failed yet. Does anyone know if they will pass/fail me at the Heidelberg inspection place across from the PX complex? If they do, could i go to another American inspection place (Mannheim or something) to get my vehicle inspected? Would like to know soon, birthday's coming up Oct 29'th and need to let my parents know weather to order it or not.
Second, Are there any good car detailing places around Heidelberg? I would like a good wash, wax, polish, maybe clay bar, just a really good one as i don't want to deal with it my self until i get back to the US. I'm not sure if any of you are familiar with Penninger? they have done body work/paint for a few of our cars and i was wondering if you knew if they did anything.
Also, my back window tint is coming off, starting to sound like i left a commissary bag in the back or something. again, is there a recommended place i can get this redone?
Thanks alot in advance, Matthew Lattanzi

I am on quite a few different forums and people have mixed emotions and feelings with Penningers. Some people had goodluck and some people haven't.

Thanks for the help Roy, both on here and LS1tech. Still didn't really answer my question, maybe I'll make a thread on the tech and see if anyone can help me over there. I know this forum isn't as active as it once was. (or so I've heard) Another thing, about the tint, is there any limitation to how dark it can be? Thanks again, Matt
