For anyone interested, I have recently aquired the ability to remove the speed limiter on all GM cars after 1996. It costs me $150 per car to remove. I also have tuning ability, which I'll start offering once I feel comfortable enough with the software. If anyone is interested, contact me. I'm in the Ktown area.

Ive been tuning my car for the past three years with HP Tuners, works great. Im very profficient on LS engines if you have any questions. I have been doing a lot of work with tuning for boost too, its a little tricky. Im in the Darmstadt area but sometimes I head up to Ktown.
