So my front rotors are getting thin and cracking. So off to the Porsche dealer to get ass raped for a pair of GT3 rotors. :shock: 480 Euro or 600 dollars for the pair :twisted: . Should have them tomorrow since dealer didnot stock on hand . Will post pics of the old onec I start to replace.

Hey, that's cheap. My Stoptech rotors and hats cost 970 dollars for the pair. :shock:

OK... I admit the hats can be used for more than just one rotor...

BTW, through how many sets of brake pads did you go before changing the rotors? I'm on my 2nd set of Pagid Yellow currently...

3 sets , but it was mainly because of cracking, not wearing too thin or grooving.

why are the 996 turbo ones so much more expensive ? they are the same diameter and appear not to be ceramic

Not those , I have the 330 mm rotors. Couldn't tell you why the 996 turbos would be more.
