A guy at work is looking for a 4bolt SmallBlock Long Block ... decent condition would be nice, minor defects would be OK, too .... optionally with TH350 ...

Gary, I know this is old but just curious if your friend is still looking for a 350sbc? As I have one for sale original to my IROC so I believe it is a 2 bolt main.
