Maybe someone here knows this...

I'm trying to replace the cutout valve I've installed years ago in my Borla exhaust. If you take a look at this picture:

http://www.borla.com/media/prod_images/xlarge/14780.jpg

It's on the right side where there is the gap visible in the right exhaust pipe. As there a lot of rust I'm afraid to destroy those 3 screws/studs (??) when trying to get them loose.

Does anyone know where I can get replacement parts that fit this Borla exhaust? I cannot find these things on the Borla website.

The nuts and bolts supplied should be stainless steel. Just put some penetrating spray on and twist. You can get suitable replacement in stainless stell from the Pratiker or Hornbach.

Hmmm OK, so they show a lot of rust at least on the surface that's why I was afraid to completely break them... :)

Do your self a favor and get a set of bolts and nuts ready. Before removal apply some oil. However, 2 of 3 bolts snapped on me. You can get a set of bolts from the hardware store (OBI). Good luck

Yes, I will do that.
BTW, the dimension of the bolts is: M10x40mm.
