Looking for a transmission for my 98 Bird, or any ideas where i can get it rebuilt. It seems i have 1st and second gears but have lost 3rd and 4th. Any ideas, I am close to Nuremberg and wurzberg. |

Any ideas when...Where are you getting your engine and trans, from. If i were to buy new any ideas?? |

New is most likely only feasible if you can get it from the States ... over here, I reckon Opel would charge you an arm and a leg ... taxes and duty are pretty expensive ... |

Yankee Motorsports in Nurnberg will rebuild it. My friend just had his C6 rebuilt there. They specialize in American cars. Sounds like you lost the 3-4 clutch pack. Normal problem for a 4L60e. |
