Lookout Gm produced some defective rad caps and installed them on 01 models. Also some of these made it out to the parts resupply . Lucky me I got one . I didn't find out it was defective until I started to see the coolant rise in my overflow tank. Before then I thought I had a coolant leak because every morning I would go out there and check the coolant level and it would be down a couple inches.
