I want to buy this HP-Programmer. Now i have a problem:
I have the account from him and i want to make the money transfer to his bank. My bank want 50,- Euro for a banktransfer from Euro to Dollar. That is very much money.
Who knows a cheaper way than that? I have paypal, but he not. He lives about 500 km from me, so driving is also expensive.

Can´t you change Euro to Dollar like everywhere...? That really shouldn´t be a problem... Besides the fact that Euro is more stable

I received the HP-Programmer yesterday. But it seems, it will not work. The Programmer is writing:
Validating Vin, please wait
This programmer is not for this vehicle. Check part number.
I looked at Hypertech.com. For 1999 - 20002 Trans Am/Camaro is the same partnumber: 30025. So i was thinking, it will fit.
On the programmer is standing partnumber: 30015. I can´t find this number at hypertech. Can it be, that this partnumber is only working for 2002 F-body, not for 2000??

I asked him at the phone, if it will fit with a 2000 trans am. He said yes.
Ok, will someone buy this Programmer? I paid 220,- Dollar incl. sending it to me. I will give it away for 200,- Dollar + shipping.

Dunno what else he gave as info, but at least the original post speaks about a 2002 ...
@Jens: Don't know how many 2002's are in Germany, but at that price it should be possible to get rid of it easy ... still won't fit my 98 V6, so ...

i know, that he wrote in this forum 2002 trans am. I asked at the pone, not per mail, so i don´t have any writing thing about that. It was my fault in that way. So i must live with that. I wrote him a mail yesterday, but still no answer yet.

Of course he's not gonna come back now. It's sold. Everyone who has had these cars for more than a year or so knows that the programmers are year specific.
