I know its late but i have one with light scoring from a oil pump failure, you can have it if you pick it up ! South of Karlsruhe Area ! Baden Baden.

how bad is the scoring ? and do you perhaps have a picture from the scored area ? and thanks for your reply ....

I have it at work, its now Sunday ! I will pull it out of the block and measure all journals and take some pictures ! Its just a papier weight in a corner at work anyways!
The block had a loose piston Pin(Lock ring was forgotten on one piston) and scrapedi the side of one clyinder sleeve and a spun a bearing.
I wanted to get the crank turned to a undersize but i got a used block with crank from Florida for 300 US. I am going to a machine shop in the next two weeks anyways , and i will ask how much to clean it up!

Hi Finally got time to measure the Crank again and make some pictures. I had a file with the measurements, and i finally found it. But i checked them again anyways and they are still correct. The Main Barings are not ok. but the Connecting Rod Bearings are right on the limit of the Gm book. Main Bearings should be 64.993-65.007 service limit is 64.993 My worst is 64.986 So a little over the limit, need oversize bearings ! .007 mm! The Connecting Rod bearings should be 53.318-53.338 service Limit is 53.308 MY worst is 53.310 So they are almost OK! + .002 mm ! Lunati and lots of other Company have over size main bearings. The scoring is not too bad. Ill try to up load some pictures now The reason i dont need it is ! I got a good used one and i am buying a stroker kit ! So it just a paper weight to me !
