Well for a assortment of reasons, I havent been able to dyno or run the 1/4, but the yesterday I was by myself, had a extra 20 bucks, and some free time, so I drove out to the 1/8.

Up front I'll say I only got one run in, cuz I cut a tire somewhere out there. Anywhoo, just as I was about to get the go ahead to drive up, the track people ran they're little quad w/trailer out there and startd spraying the track. I'm thinking OUTSTANDING I'm getting the first run in some fresh VHT. (More on this later). I shallow stage, and thinking the track would have some bite ran her up to 2500 and waited...blink, blink, blink/gone...well 2.20 sec later I break the '60 beam (they must prep with baby oil)...thinking the run was crap I was mad, but stay'ed in it. The 'ol girl delivered on the top end with a 8.58 @ 89mph.
Needless to say I was happy running that time with that awesome trap on street tires just swelled my head. I'll be back with the DR's or a set of M&H's and punch out a 8.1/8.2. Does she run, ya I think so.

Nice. I was wondering what happened to you around here. You got a thing for red don't ya? :) Man I could use some air fitting bolts. I blew another one and this had locktite and some Gum Gump. The thread was slightly stripped so she blew. Oh well...........chitty chitty bang bang again...
