Well honestly, I need to find what I want to get. I am seriously looking at getting some Dynatek LT's. I just need a suitable y-pipe. There is also this guy selling some custom made ones, but I'm not sure how to work the y-pipe. It will probably be a month or two.

BTW, any header will bolt up, doesnt matter what the brand. Any shortie will come down and bolt up to a stock Y-pipe, but the question is, why would you want the stock Y pipe? It is a restriction in itself.

94-95 headers are the much more efficiant than 96-97, but it would require you to get a S pipe made, or bought (plug for thunder racing) so you could hook it up to the I-pipe.

Dont go cheap on the gaskets, get Fel-pros at least, not paper that come with new ones, or paper ones from Aafes, and definatelly no RTV unless you want to replace your O2 sensors.

Stage 8 bolts are some good insurance against bolts backing out.

Also not all headers are created equal in bolt and plug access. (plug for MAC)

With that said, any header is better than that POS manifold.

Like Rob said, 95 style are way more efficient. I got to give Pace Setter kudos for thier cheapness and value. You can get the ceramic coated 95 style for $350-ish from JC Whitney. Ceramic coated headers from anyone else will be at least $550. But you will need the S-pipe, easily made. Anyone with some experience with a welder and a grinder can do it. I may be able to get my friend to do yours as well if you are interested.
