I have about $400 to spend, and dont know what to get. I was thinking Spohn torque arm, maybe some fuel pressure gauges and indiglo gauges, these are just a few idea's I had. I dont know yet, can anyone give me idea's?
Any one have goodies you want to get rid of?

I like the torque arm idea.
I'm all out of stuff that you'd want. Only thing is a possible set of never used Eibachs (pro kit) and that wont fit into your launching needs.
possible suggestions:
Rear cover for the diff
DS loop
meizere water pump
maybe a new set of DR

The meziere (sp) wont do me much good will it? I dont think its a performance benifit in one way or the other. I like the drag radial idea!
As far a torque arms, what are your opinions on those? What design you like the best, and why? I have heard nothing but good stuff about the Spohn, and I already have a Metco DS loop.

The only differance between these two dyno pulls was the install of a electric pump. Seems there is almost 10hp in parasitic loss when its cam driven. Maybe BS, but ???
as far as the TQ arm, ones probably as good as the other, and all better then the stock POS. Havent ever checked out Spohn, but alot of people must like 'em. I would get a adjustable one though.

I just looked at the Spohn torque arm. I dont think I like the fact that it hooks up/replaces the stock cross brace. Doesnt seem like that would be a great place to attach a high load device. I know with the Trac-link, there is like 7 holes you have to drill to attach it, and this thing seems like a remove/replace type deal.
Believe I would pass on this design.

I was doing some research and everyone seems to be singing praises for the Spohn set-up. I do see what you are saying though about where it bolts. How much was the Global wast system? I think it was pricy?

I beg to differ on the waterpump issue as far as HP is concerned.
I've seen a dozen tests and they all ranged from 7 to about 11 hp in gain !!!
Now i'm not sure about your math but to me that's a SERIOUS bang for the buck when compared to other mods !
Also it's not just about HP but also about efficiency and better cooling.
The stock waterpump flows 25 gallon per hour (at 6000 RPM !!!!)while the Meziere puts out 35 ALL the time, so even at idle and that's when an engine needs it the most, especially after a fast run.
You could even connect the Meziere power to the car alarm 'turbo timer' option (if available) and let it pump for let's say 2 minutes after shutdown to perfectly cool it down, maybe even in combination with 1 or 2 fans running.
You can find them online for as low as $149 and if you look carefully even cheaper, I got mine for $125.

Bad info on the water pump Serg. Electric is 35 all the time which is true. However stock unit is better as if flows more the higher you rev since it's gear driven. Stock water pump will last longer too vs the elec. Doubt it? Look around and see how often the elec is swapped for the stocker. Parasitic loss if barely noticeable w/ 10 ponies.

Well, from what i've read the OEM pump pushes out 25 gallons at 6000 rpm so that 35 will be never achieved unless you get that engine above 7000 rpm !
I read quite a bit and only see people with that pump and seem to be happy.
What is short life according to you ? 1000 hours ??
