I went 13.03 with only $300 in mods
(free mods and LT1 edit) If you buy LT1 edit ill send you a copy of my program and I guarentee you at least 25 more horse my car picked up .35 in the 1/4 after I worked on the tune and made over 30 passes to get it right.
I now have some hooker long tubes on my car ($450) they were a bitch to get in but the extra torque made the car feel like it had two LT1s under the hood! get long tubes though and dont waste your money on shitty short tubes.. they cant compare
I ran the car with manifolds and went 13.0hs when I put the long tubes on it SMOKED the tires to the 330 and spun to the 1/8th mile...
Gears are also a good choice... Im putting some 4.10s in my car this weekend or next ($210 w/ install kit)
Im buying wheels tommorrow and slicks by next weekend..
I should go 12.30s with $900 in mods... beat that for budget speed
DONT buy a MAF port your stock one if you must but it only picked me up .05 (4-5 hp) you wont notice that at all..
and mostly if you dont drag race your car dont waste money on this's or thats that will get you 10hp or so (they claim) becuase unless u are interested in better ETs they are worthless. You wont feel a damn difference in power on the street.
