Looking for any information about getting nitrous filled and the closest location around the Nurnberg Area. I am in Ansbach and have been wanting to install a NO2 Kit, but no need if I cant find a place to fill the dam bottle. I heard Berlin, once but thats to far just to get a bottle filled.

Tony Rowe has (had?) a NX "filling station" at his place - would need to check with him if he still fills bottles ...

what is a safe shot to run?
Say I take my LT1 and stab the stocker cam (stock specs with Fast lift lobe rates),
and some .030 forged pistons and other than that do a complete stock rebuild with valve job etc.
can I safely and repeatedly run a 200 shot?
I would like to see 10s on nos after a new converter and a motor rebuild
(ill be in the 12s saturday)
I have a friend with a HIGH mileage L98 in his 92 Camaro and he runs a 150hp shot week in week out for months on end running 11.50s (STOCK REAR END!)

Are you sure that the rear is stock? Or was it stock on a truck? I blew out one rear @ 40k miles and the 2nd is making noise. I am nowhere close to running mid 11s.

It seems that the most people will run on a stock LT1 bottom end is 150. Hawk can fill your bottle (Vilsek). Have fun and be careful!

nah..... not asking what most people do....
can I run 200 shots when I feel I need to and still hold the motor together.. hell I seen a four cylinder running 150 shots in an article...didnt last too long though but they were trying to blow it up.

just dont break a timing chain!!! you can have a forged engine and it will be destroyed even off the juice.

WOW, a lot of great info came out of this. Not sure what shot I really want to use over here, any advice greatly appreciated. I know my rear end will snap if I try to use drag radials and the juice, so I am really kinda stuck on what to do. The car is fast and I like it but when the engine was rebuilt I had the intent of running Nitrous on it. Here are some of the mods to date that might help in advice:
Punched over .030
Trw Forged Slugs
Comp Cam 305 .510 lift on INT/EXH @ 1.5 rocker ratio 114 lobe sep, 220/230 duration
Arizona speed/marine 1 3/4 ceramic headers
Accel 30# Fuel injectors
Guted Cat
Flowmaster rear section
Port/Polished Heads with 2.02 Intake 1.60 Exhaust Valves Dual springs
Port Polished Intake/ milled for 58mm, but the car did not like the Holly 58MM Throttle Body, so stock 48MM went back on and sold the Holly
SPEC Stage 2 Clutch- T56 Transmission
BMR LCA's
BMR Ajustable Torque Arm
LT4 Knock Module- ED Wright Programmed PCM
" NEVER RAN IT IN THE QUARTER YET"
On the down side on a 55 liter fill up I am only getting like 150 miles out of it. Yeah I know I have a heavy foot and all, but I think it is running extremly rich. Thinking of investing in LT1 Edit to sort it out.
Thanks again for all the help

Sounds like you need a custom program with those injectors. BTW rich is good when you run Nitrous. I would start small and go up one jet at a time. I like the Venom system and I am running a 100 shot.
