I can't wait until you fools get back to the states so we can see what time it is!! I am not going full race, just sticking with the Stage11 LT4 heads and Intake. I have just about every mod possible besides the bottom end. Bob siad he would build me a stroker for a great price but I am tired of spending money on this car. After the fuel kit and gauges I am sticking a bottle in there and calling it a day for a while....Mike

I'll get you all some #'s when I get back to the motherland!

My car will hardly be an all out race car. The cam is far from extreme. Also went stage II. I could afford the stage III too. But those heads will flow some serious air. It will be on the verge of needing an aftermarket ECU with the D-1. I will not run as much boost as I want. Even though the block will be studded, it is still a 2-bolt. But before the blower I will only see about 350 hp. Goal is low 11s maybe 10s. I deffinetely will blow up the stock 10 bolt.

At this point I have enough power to run deep 10's now I just gotta drive it. BTW you can have too much power in a street car and do alot of spinning. LOL I may be forced back to the states next summer!!!

Bruce you have enough power to turn a 9 sec time. I have seen cars here at the strip with a MPH like oyurs but in the 9's. You just have to get it to hook.

If you come to the states come to Ft. Hood!

Jeff

There is Temple/Acadmey race way 20 min down the road. Its not the best, but way better than whats over there. I was getting 2.3-2.4's on Nitto's there at Bitburg, here I get 2.1 on street tires.

Just try to get 1st Cav., 4th ID is gone or going.

Two weeks ago, it went 13.0 @ 110 2.1 60 on the Firehawks. The torque arm broke on that 1st run and nibbled on my driveshaft a bit.

Now I have Hooker LT's and a way better exhaust system, along with a Spohn Tq arm. I hope to go this weekend with the Nitto's and go mid 12-ish at 113-ish N/A. The car feels way stronger with the improved full exhaust. Then I am going to see if I can have the Pope, God, Zeus, Buddah and Mohammad bless the 10 bolt and spray out of the hole and go at least low 12's but hoping for a 11 sec slip.

I will let you know how it all turns out.

Damn dude I would seriously take you up on that. But I am not in K-town. I am an hour north at Spang. I have people who have said they would help locally. The only thing is I know they are busy. If you still think something could be worked out, here are my numbers:
Home: 06565-944114 (after 5pm)
cell: 0160-92629852 (anytime)
work: 452-6562 (rarely will get me here)

I am so going to abuse you when I get to K-town! :D

Just Kidding. I should have all my work done with the ride except paint by then. I will need some gearheads to hang out with though!

Just in case anyone was curious about the status of the heads, here is the deal. My heads came back flowing better numbers than they have ever seen. So they want to clean them up more to what they call "perfection" and use them as the benchmark for all future heads. So this pushes things back about a week. So the estimated time of shipment is about two more weeks. Behind my deadline but I will come out of it with some serious heads. Just thought I would share, especially for those who will be helping me out.

Kewl, I just went through and read your stuff. I got off the phone with Seth this morning. I ordered up the XE 224/230, but I wanted it ground 111 instead of the normal 112. Still got a stock bottom end dont'cha know, so I wanted the peak power moved down the rpm band a touch.

I have to agree, Seth seems like a real heads up guy. (First time I've ever been talked out of things I meant to buy  )

Right on Rob. Seth and Sam are deffinitely top notch. I will go with them when I order the SC. With my plans, I am hessitant on running a used blower. Besides I can't find the one I want used. Oh well. But I will deffinitely be boosted before I leave Germany.

Sorry about the delay garry. The plan is to have the car running in June. I think it will work out for me.
