hahaha no I did that on concrete.... my 60's last night were 1.87 and my best ever was 1.86 .........respectable........considering i was leaving at 1,000 RPMs

Hard to see fom the pic, but they are appr. 80 m. or 260 ft. He just lifted after this, could go to the end if needed. This was on street tires though.

Gotta love it. :twisted: I found out why you are advised not to do smokey burnouts with the BFG drag radials, they get all greasy and will spin all the way to the end of the track. I ran a 12 flat spinning the whole way!!! OK, OK, that was just a 1/8th mile track... :roll:

It's abandoned military airfield and particular concrete there is very good for hooking up. Much better than asphalt. But in another airfield we use, there is different type of concrete and that's pretty slippery - so it depends.

Car was '66 Dodge Dart w. 800+ hp. and he was just having fun and burning some old street tires.
