How hard would it be to remove and replace (R2 for all my maintenance folks) some power window motors. Mine are getting kinda slow.

Also, where can I get some without selling blood to get the money?

There are how-to's around on replacing the motor ... not too hard IIRC ...

I had get some cheep on ebay.com OEM one for 45,- US$. For replace and installation you can look under http://www.projecttransam.com there is a good pictured guide how to do easy. This helps you to make a fast change and fix.
