Hi !
As the sparkplug wires of my Camaro Z28 1997 need to be changed, I asked my Belgian garage for a price quotation (parts only, no work included).
When I heard the price (325 euros), I almost fell from my chair.

I've searched the Net and found this:
http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/chevroletcamaro19961997boschw0133-16893421.html
Due to the low USD/EUR rate, and even with the most expensive shipping option, I save almost 80% on the price proposed by the garage. Disgusting, isn't it.

OK, the ones I found in the US are basic quality. I could buy better ones for around 100 USD. But still it remains much cheaper than in Belgium.

By chance, does anybody have a better address in Europe to order these parts?
Maybe I can save more on the shipping cost or shorten the shipping delay?

Thanks,
Michel

I haven't looked into it in detail, but KTS has an add where they say, Summit price x 1.25 = Euro price ...

Thank you, Gary.
Unfortunately that site seems to be in German only, which is a problem for me.

I can take a look after this weekend ...
But from what it looks like to me, all you have to do is select the US place (they have half a dozen listed), put in the part#, description, US$ price and amount, and that's it ... apart from that, I would imagine they may have stuff like sparkplug wires on stock ...

Dam for spark plug wires, that's absolutely ridiculous. When it comes to spark plug wires, I just go with stock. I've heard bad things about some aftermarket spark plug wires on GM forums. Many claim they don't hold the spark plugs securely. Make sure you do research before you buy a certain brand. I would just go with OEM.
