Well, there are a lot of things that could be wrong. Are you sure the pressure is at 58 and remains? I would start with a fuel filter first.
From there I would start looking at the opti.

Dude, you got a Camaro, sweet. I know that one of my friends before had a C5 and had the same problem and it ended up being a cracked intake. Anyway, dont forget Im not too far away. Call me after 5.
