Even though most people don't have a too great respect for the TBI engines, one should not forget that its still faster than most opel's, vw's, most ricers, many bmw's and mercedes.... afterall not all beamers are M3s or M5s.
Plus with a few mods you can still make a TBI run pretty quick.... its atleast a V8 with a good displacement.

I know that with my 305tbi I was able to dust a few older corvettes...maybe they werent pushing as hard as I was...but I left them. I also smoked a few mustangs and lots of other cars too. And would regularly get 30mpg to boot!!!!

That's right, overall I'm satisfied with the TBI. But sometimes when I'm a passenger in my friends Lingenfelter tuned C4- convertible that puts over 350 hp, I just want my Camaro to be that fast.
Patrick, let's stay in touch about this APO idea. My car is in winterhiding until april, but maybe we can meet somewhere in the spring.

Just to give you guys a heads up, I ordered the American Thunder cat back from Summit and it was barely too big to send through the mail (APO). It cost me about $100 to have it sent to the Frankfurt Airport. This was back in '96 for a 4th gen. Hopefully the packaging is smaller now. Good luck.

check out SLP or hooker headers , edelbrock tes headers have a little bit more restrictive collector but still any header is way better than stock. the edelbrock exhaust might be a littly cheaper than flowmaster sounds really good too

I can have it shipped direct to my shop for you. It would cost you about 450 euro that way. That would cover your shipping and import fees. I have a international shipping rate so it's cheaper for me to get it shipped here. Let me know. Just trying to help you out.
