Hi

I want to use a Hypertech on my 2000 v6. I have done everything what they write in the manuel. Plug in, close all doors, no electical operate, charged battery. I have turn the key to the run postion and it works to the point after programmer mods and comes computer reading and there is the problem "Code 6D - Cal not found".

Did anybody now what do to ??? :roll:

I am angry :-( got a new toy - and it dosent work ! :bash:

Wasn´t there a discussion if the Euro and US V6 have the same or a different PCM?
Probably the Hypertech doesn´t recognize or can´t edit your Euro-PCM as it is in fact different from the US version ..?

I would be extremley interested in learning whether you get it working or not! That was the reason why I did not buy one yet: I could not get it confirmed whether it works on Euro Camaros or not!

there is no different between euro and US. it is the same PWR CONT MODULE (for 00 modell 09380717))

Maybe the module ist the same, but the flashed software is different?

THE PCM SOFTWARE is not the same in europe: for example we can drive 201km/h in europe (governor)
What is your vin code? is it really a 2000 model?

Now,

I have get back the Programmer from HP. They have made a Software upgrate. They make that for Free. :P

It works ! :lol:

I have install the Tuning for Prmium Fuel and change the Top Speed Liniter up to 255 mph. I have Test it and i thingthe car have more power and the Speed that i have test by this weather is 225 km/h by 4800 RPM at last gear. :D

I write more when i have test the Top Speed.
