Since I'm on a budget, I searched for a cheaper alternative to dynamat. I went to http://www.mcmaster.com and found the same thing and more without the name brand price. At their main page, go to the bottom right and look for sound absorbers. Page 3240 has some stuff that works great. I used the 3ply aluminum on the back of my cab (57 Chevy P/U) and it made a huge difference. I have used Dynamat in another car and this stuff is lighter, cheaper and is about just as good. This web site also has just about anything else that you could need such as stainless steel sheets to titanium rods and brass tubing. Just look around and get it for less. They are an industrial type site that ships to businesses, mine was the "unit" and my stuff arrived in 4 days to my APO.
