Hey all I have just discovered a pretty lengthy tear in my intake elbow....(between the mass air flow sensor and throttle body). My question is does anyone one know where to order the 1LE type, with the air silencer delete? I priced out a stock one and it came to $73.00 w/o shipping..... and from what I heard and read (in this months GM HIGH TECH MAGAZINE) that the 1LE type is about $30.00 cheaper than the stock one, so if any one knows where I can get one can you please let me know...... thanks!!

ThunderRacing has but for 69 bucks. I've never seen it cheaper than that anywhere. I'll keep looking for you though.....
So when are you scheduled to have the 3.73's installed?

Thnaks I appreciate it! I have to wait for them to come in (their back ordered 2 weeks at the moment) and the first Saturday or Friday after that they'll be in!

No IRS is (my gears) I haven't gotten a chance to get ahold of TR...... but thanks for keeping mw updated!

Well I said screw off to the guys at IRS and ordered everything thru Thunder Racing..... Jeez John I didn't know they knew you by name! But thanks again I'll have all of my parts here in about 2 weeks (gears and all) Thanks again!!!

Your kidding right? LOL! I buy alot of stuff but I know they don't know me like that. Well if they don't they will shortly! ha-ha!!!!

Like I've said before stay away from IRS unless your in TX or OK and I'd still use caution then!
Tried and true Summit, TR & Tbyrne.........always get my parts in less than 10 days ALWAYS!!

Just as well you went with TR. Angie will get your order processed, and out the door to you on time, or atleast tell you the real deal.

Im sure she would also hold a vigilante for you, to go with those gears :-ok:

Yeah I liked him he seemed really knowledgeable and easy to work with!! He gave me the breakdowns on the 2 sets of gears (3.73'S and the 4.10'S) Then he gave me his choices and then helped me pick out the best package to go with!! I like that place!!!
