I wasnt implying you cant hit 140mph in 4th. I said "if I hit 140 in 4th." I would have to go up around 7k to hit 140 in 4th with the 4.10's, and that is a bad idea, with my stock valvetrain.
I shift at 5.8k, its a LT1 thing, you wouldn't understand.

Yes I would, I owned a 94 Z28 and I blew 2 distributers and melted the platinum plugs within 20,000 miles. I also had a problem with valve float @6000 in the LT1.
