This is what 100's of people ask me @ PLDC get a new group every month. My reply is its a V6 and leave it at that. I try to sneak in and out that means it is barely idling. I am currently deep undercover with the snow tires on it. This is where it gets kinda funny one soldier asked if my muffler was rotted off I said yes. Another soldier reccomended I get a tune up. I said I do my own work then he replied it idles rough and maybe he could have a look. Everybody has a brother cousin friend or knows someone else with a fast car none of them in Germany. But I still like some of the looks as I stumble out. I am just wondering does anybody hotrod any more. Because Generation X is here Play Station 2 and GT3 is all these kids understand about hotrodding. Or they own a import with stickers on it claiming 12's. It is funny but it is sad.

I reply the same every time, but...
I just can talk about germany, but I would claim that 90 percent of the german "sports cars" are ricers - just optical mods, no power mods. (thats also because of TUEV, but there are much too much posers out there...)

I know it's a fraction of your output, Hawk, but when people ask what mine is, I say if ya gotta ask, you don't need to know.

Hey Hawk i am hotroding.I mean i got a PS2 but just for the badtimes when no mod money is there or my girl say no more working on the truck. But thats right here in hockenheim everybody is driving that damm honda civic and prelude stuff. And they just drop it and put a muffler on there and then they already think they are fast.So thats why i wanne get my truck ready to "cruise" around in hockenheim and catch some ricers on the light.

LOL!!!
But dont get to spoiled in germany. Come back to the country that put the HOT in Rod and you'll have to back it up daily
Just remember you dont have to worry about the 20 something crowd, its the 40 something crowd that will suck your doors off.

Speaking from personal experience, there are guys in their 50s who still enjoy hot rodding.
