This was during the Nurenberg 500. I called out this guy in a 90ish Mustang nice car he had drag radials,GT40 heads headers intake and some suspension stuff pretty cool guy. He was willing to play we made 1 rule leave on green. So the light turns yellow he takes off he was at least 2 car lengths ahead (I was not sleeping this time) so I decided to run him down. I blew past him within 200 meters
He apoligized at the next light for yellow lighting me and said he had been defeated. I asked if he had fun and he replied yes even though he lost. he was a good sport I think he will be ordering some more stuff for the stang before he messes around with some more GM F-bodies

Maybe he thought it was a bracket race
hehehehe.........tell him to throw 12#'s on it before he comes back. Win/Win situation, you beat him again, great. He beats you, you have a reason to mod some more.
Good kill
Drive 'em like ya stole 'em, cuz if you aint power shifting, you aint trying.

Sure, the car is fine. It just needs a little tlc!! The clutch only grinds and slams when I throw it hard in to reverse. If I go easy on it, there's no problem. I need to know for sure about hockenhiem!

There is a GP for SPEC clutch kits right now. They (Star) got alot of good PR in GMHTP.
Playing the Devils Advocate now, Centerforce got the same kudo's when they came out. Just turns out, they cant hold high torque as well as advertised in all cases. (right Jeff?)
Personnally, I like the Mcleod. Very pricey, and you may have to get their slave cylinder also, but pretty meaty clutch.

Hey it's all good! Reverse is the only gear it does it in. It clunks sometimes if I put it in neutral when slowing down also. Its only 1.5 years old, and my car doesn't pull that much torque. I don't know, I'll run it till it blows(again).

Good heavens! Do not get a Centerforce DF. I tore the center right out of the clutch disc! I need to get some pics of it. I hear the slp set-up isn't bad.
