If the german car Gestapo (TueV) won´t let me pass with the Flowmaster i´ll pretty much have to.
I do need a exhaust with REASONABLE noise factor...

Rampage:
Why don't you go to a "special" TUeV...? There should be some in your area...
This requires sometimes to have TUeV done through a shop and not go there directly.

Will the other parts fit on a 95 ????
Especially the ground effects (they outlasted my first car...)

I'm pretty certain they will. You'll just have to get a new front piece. I also have a Pro 5.0 shifter w/ Lou's short stick and SLP leather shift knob. $135
